Alert Logic, Hostway Sign Partnership Agreement

Two Companies Join Forces to Deliver SaaS-Based IT Compliance and Security Solutions

HOUSTON, TX - FEBRUARY 12, 2008 - Alert Logic, an award-winning provider of on-demand IT compliance and security solutions, today announced that it has signed a partnership agreement with Hostway, a global Web hosting leader. The two companies will together market and sell Alert Logic's IT compliance and security solutions branded by Hostway as Threat Manager Intrusion Detection Services by Alert Logic.

By offering Alert Logic's solutions, Hostway's customers will benefit from:

• A threat management solution that provides a critical layer of network defense against threats that easily bypass perimeter and endpoint defenses – constantly protecting internal networks from viruses, worms, and other attacks.
• Ease of implementation and use, with a solution that is accessible through an intuitive, browser-based user interface.
• A cost-effective on-demand solution ideal for the mid-sized business.
• Additional Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) compliance functionality available at no additional cost.

Alert Logic’s Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform benefits both Hostway and their customers. The SaaS model enables Hostway to take advantage of Alert Logic’s subscription pricing, which delivers recurring, incremental monthly revenue and high margins. Hostway’s customers get the benefit of rapid deployment, with no software installation or maintenance required.

Under the partnership agreement, Hostway will provide training on Alert Logic solutions for support and systems staff in multiple North American locations. There also will be full training for sales and product teams as well as combined marketing efforts.
